Throughout the course of her young musical career, OLIVIA LYNN has won over the hearts of music lovers from all walks of life. Her love for country started at a very young age when she was introduced to Dolly Parton’s music by her Nana. Yet, in teenage years Olivia found ‘POP Music’ and New Country. So, always wanting to become an influential singer, she threw the boundaries aside and merged her two music loves into one mix, with her unique Country Pop Sound. This has led to much recognition, including being awarded Luton’s Young Achiever, 2020.
In recent months Olivia has been juggling recording new tracks in the studio and embarking in Musical Theatre, playing ‘Maddie Jackson’ in the critically acclaimed show, ROOM 46, which she is looking forward to touring next year.
How did you get started, and what has led up to where you are today as an artist?

Who do you feel has influenced your sound the most?
My sound is quite different , purely because I never sing just one way , sometimes there will be an Amy Winehouse twang , or a big Christina Aguilera riff and it’s because I used so many different styles of singing on my songs !
What do you feel sets you apart from other artists and gives you your own sound?
Well going back to my whole sound thing I defo think that plays a massive part , but also the fact there’s not alot of known country rock out there and I wanna change that !
What has been your biggest challenge and what do you feel you have learned from it?
My biggest challenge is definitely me wanting everything to come at once , because i think it will , however I’ve learnt everything takes its time and I need to be patient and work hard if I want things to happen
Tell us about your latest project, what have you got going on at the moment?
My latest project is my new single, Ain’t it A Shame which I’m so proud of as I MYSELF wrote all these lyrics ! We recently just filmed the music video for it so I’m so excited to share that !
What advice would you give to anyone new coming into the industry?
my advice would be nothing comes for free and nothing is easy !! hard work goes far ! and be kind to EVERYONE, someone you might meet on the way up , may well be the person you see again if you fall back down ….
Is there anyone you’d like to thank for getting you to where you are now, anyone you’d like to give a shout-out to?
obviously a massive shout out to my management team as i wouldn’t be here right now without them! but a massive shout out to my mum for doing so much behind the scenes that no one knows about , she has worked her ass off for me and my career and is so supportive i wouldn’t ask for anyone else to be here on this journey with me !
