Nigel Davison, ex-frontman of indie bands The March Hares and Birdhead, has just launched the first track of many new compositions under the moniker of Star of Sirius. The material bows to a broad range of genres, from electronica and folk to pop, rock, world and classical. The Surrey-based artist reflects many melodic influences ranging from Mike Oldfield and Teenage Fan Club to Jean Michel Jarre, OMD and folk sounds from across the world.
A melodic journey of electronica exploring the movements of the predatory sailfish, the fastest fish in the ocean.
